The Orion Nebula M42
M42 The Great Orion Nebula is one of the brightest nebula in the night sky and can be seen with the naked eye as a cloudy patch in the belt of orion.
This nebula is considered to be a 'star factory' andis one of the most scrutinised deep space objects.

Distance: 1,344 light years.
